What we collect when you enter, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we share it with
Our payment provider, to take payment and to prove a payment was made. They handle your card details directly; we never see or store a card number.
Our hosting and database providers, who store this site and its data on our behalf under contract.
Anyone we are legally required to tell, such as a regulator, an auditor, or the police where there is a legal obligation.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Account and entry records are kept for as long as your account is open and for a period afterwards, so that a completed competition can still be audited and any prize dispute settled.
Financial records are kept for the period required by law.
Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.
The exact periods are being set and will be stated here before launch.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Some information we must keep even if you ask us to delete it — a record of a paid entry and its outcome, for example — and we will tell you if that applies.
Write to us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or call 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and storage
We store a session in your browser so you stay signed in, and your basket, so it survives a page reload. Both are needed for the site to work and neither is used to track you across other websites.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Under 18s
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18, and if we discover that we have, we delete it and cancel the account.
